Web Accessibility Remediation • WCAG 2.1 AA
Protect Your Business
from Lawsuits.
Overlays (Widgets) do not protect you.
I manually re-engineer your code.
Predatory law firms are targeting businesses with non-compliant websites. I don't use "quick-fix" plugins that lawyers target. I implement true WCAG 2.1 AA standards at the DOM level.

// Automated Scan Results:
Why Automated
Widgets Fail.
Using an "Accessibility Overlay" (like AccessiBe or UserWay) is often worse than doing nothing. It paints a target on your back for lawyers.
IRS Tax Credit
Did you know? Eligible small businesses can claim a tax credit of up to $5,000 (IRS Form 8826) to cover our ADA remediation fees. This often makes the service effectively free.
The "Band-Aid" Problem
Widgets sit on top of your site. They do not fix the underlying code. Screen readers (used by the blind) often bypass these widgets entirely, leaving your site broken and non-compliant.
Legal Target Practice
Plaintiff lawyers use bots to scan for accessibility widgets. Why? Because the presence of a widget admits "We know we have a problem." It increases your risk of a demand letter.
False Sense of Security
Automated tools can only detect ~30% of WCAG violations. They cannot fix keyboard navigation logic, meaningful alt-text, or form error states. Only a manual engineer can do that.
ACCESSIBILITY
ENGINEERING.
Semantic Code
We rebuild your HTML hierarchy (`h1` through `h6`, landmarks, sections) so screen readers can interpret the page layout correctly.
Keyboard Logic
Full navigation support without a mouse. We engineer visible focus states (`outline: 2px solid`) and logical tab order for motor-impaired users.
Dynamic ARIA
For popups, dropdowns, and forms. We inject `aria-expanded`, `aria-label`, and `role` attributes so blind users know exactly what is happening on screen.
Who gets sued
the most?
Certain industries are prime targets for serial plaintiffs. If you are in these sectors, compliance is not optional.
eCommerce
& Retail
The #1 Target. If a blind user cannot add a product to the cart or checkout, you are violating Title III. We fix cart flows and form labels.
Medical
& Healthcare
Patient portals and booking forms must be accessible. Inaccessibility here is a HIPAA and ADA risk. We ensure blind patients can read test results privately.
Government
& Legal
Law firms and Municipalities are held to the highest standard (Section 508). We fix PDF accessibility and ensure full compliance for public funding.
Compliance Questions.
Answers based on WCAG 2.1 standards.

Risk Score.
Don't wait for a demand letter. Let me manually audit your site's code against WCAG 2.1 AA standards and tell you if you are vulnerable.
Manual Code Inspection
I check your DOM structure, not just automated errors.
Screen Reader Test
I verify your site works with NVDA (what blind users use).
