01. Acceptance of Protocols
These Terms govern your access to taranov.digital. By engaging our engineering services, you agree to be bound by these parameters.
02. Service Scope
We provide high-performance web architecture, conversion engineering, and digital strategy.

03. Financial Protocols
Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise specified in your Proposal. Work on your system may pause if payment latencies exceed this threshold.
06. Asset Ownership
Client Owns:
Final deliverables, code, and design assets upon full payment.
Taranov.Digital Retains:
Reusable code libraries, frameworks, and engineering tools used to build the asset.
09. Limitation of Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific engineering module giving rise to the claim.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts located in Texas.
